**LOOK OF THE WEEK**

Whether you think the military jacket trend is a hit or a miss, it can't be denied that Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr found the perfect mix of feminity meets the military by pairing a white military jacket with a white mini dress and flowy scarf. Accessorized with chunky ankle strap heels, a studded clutch and layered silver bracelets.

Emmy Awards Best and Worst Dressed 2009

Once again, the A-list gathered on the red carpet for the annual Emmy Awards. Some celebrities brought their fashion A-game and others just should have been benched.

My best dressed picks this year inlcuded:
Blake Lively in a beautiful red number with a plunging neckline that was just the right amount of sexy.

Debra Messing also looked flawless in red.

But my number one pick for best dressed goes to Lindsay Price in a draw dropping plum gown with black trim that draped her to perfection.

As for those who completely missed the ball this year, they included:

Sarah Silverman, there was nothing funny about this Beauty and the Beast look-alike gown.

Angela Kinsey from the "Office" apparently dyed a piece of paper red, crinkled it then threw it on. It was the only feasible explanation I could come up with.

However, the coveted spot of worst dressed goes to one of my favorite singers, Sarah McLachlan. Sorry Sarah, there really are no words to describe how awful this outfit is.
